Is it registered charity or RAAus.

 

If it is VH registered then you need to have either built it or have built a similar aircraft. You also need to do the SAAA maintenance procedures course. If you didn't build it( or a similar one) then you need to get a LAME

 

If it is RAAus the yes you can...

 

The question to ask though, is do you have the skills to do it properly?..

Thx Mate for that...so if the airplane is registered with raaAus and have a raaa maintenance procedures course

 

then I should be ok guys????? especially for most of the physical work like oil filter change..etc

 

Control cable checks etc can be done by a ame lame ,,,cheers

They usually only have a gauze screen that you wash in petrol. You should remove the entire oil reservoir and clean it out thoroughly if it hasn't been done for a while. It bolts to the rear of the sump. Nev
