Air to Air Photography - Recommendations?

Hi all

 

Does anybody know of a reputable Company that specialises in photographing Aircraft in flight?

 

I am in the Sydney bason and would like some shots of my Aircraft with the Opera House/ Harbour Bridge in the background.
