Murray A Posted January 14, 2017 Posted January 14, 2017 Building an R80 Tiger Moth in the garage. Still going strong after 13 Years, getting to the engine stage. Cheers Murray 4
rgmwa Posted January 14, 2017 Posted January 14, 2017 That's quite reasonable progress. One of our local pilots finally completed and flew his immaculate Piel Super Diamant recently after a 38 year build. rgmwa
eightyknots Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 Murray, Many happy days of building are still ahead, no doubt! Enjoy.
408059 Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 Welcome Murray Your build crossed my mind last year and I wondered if you had persisted or not. The last time I saw your aircraft you were cutting and gluing sticks for the wing ribs. I would love to see some photos when you get a chance. cheers Steve
Murray A Posted January 19, 2017 Author Posted January 19, 2017 Thanks to all for the welcoming notes, looking forward to following and participating. Murray

Will get some pictures organised - planning to rig it in the garage soon to do an enginless weight and balance calc, so will get some good shots then. Murray
408059 Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 Thanks Murray It is Polo Flat that I fly from. My profile needs updating as I now have a RAA registered Varieze. Look forward to the photos. cheers Steve
