I have been flying various hang gliders for around 30 years, had lots of fun fitting chain saw, motor bike and even car engines to some, needless to say I needed a selection of props so I made them also, my current aircraft is an Austflight Drifter my first stick control plane and I am very happy with it, the original engine was a 503 Rotax, the fan belt broke, engine seized landed ok, fitted a 462 water cooled Rotax which only had about 15 hours on it 10 years ago but an almost undetectable leak from the rear crank seal put an invisible oil film on one set of points which required an out landing, now I have adapted an 1800 Subaru from my trike to the drifter and at 6 litres an hour @ 50 kn. my pocket is as happy as I am.

Well thanks for having me.Cheers!
