facthunter Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 No. It's some other form of failed experiment that the originator has given up on and left the scene. Nev 2
Flightrite Posted March 13, 2023 Posted March 13, 2023 That’s an oldy but a goody, and so true👍😉👨✈️ 1
onetrack Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 He really wanted to live in a home made from an aeroplane? - but this was the most he could afford? 1

Blueadventures Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 Story says this is a real photo and has not “photoshopped”. The “Hole in the Wall” is in Window Rock Arizona, I don’t know the exact size of the hole. it's about 200 feet high.… An A-4 threaded the needle at 300 knots. The picture can found on the Douglas Aircraft VIPs website or by searching for “Harry Gann photography”. Harry was the official photographer for Douglas Aircraft until they went out of business …. later he was a photographer for the Blue Angles. I doubt it was done a second time. 1 1
kgwilson Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 Why was it even done the first time? Big risk there. 1 1
pmccarthy Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 It didn’t happen. It was a photo montage done for publicity. The hole isn’t that big. 1
red750 Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 This photo gives an idea of the size, and the surrounding terrain. Window just right of centre. 1 1
Thruster88 Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 The hole is 47 feet and the wing span of an A-4 is 28 feet. It could have been done with a high power telephoto lens, aircraft is behind pulling up over the rock. No photo shop required. 2
facthunter Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 No non suicidal pilot would attempt it. The slightest gust would cause a collision. nev
Flightrite Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 Got plenty of people sucked in with this fotoshop😂
spenaroo Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 Why didn't anyone tell me that riding a UAV like a motorcycle was an option
