Circumnavigation: Voyage of the Southern Sun (story, film, book)

There's no doubt about it... Aussies are true adventurers, and this looks like a magnificent achievement. At Lake Boga earlier this month, I had the pleasure of seeing this flying boat, and meeting the pilot (Michael Smith) who achieved the first solo global circumnavitgation - a seven month adventure!
