Pilot13A
I recently spent a few weeks in Auckland & whilst hanging around the shopping centers killing time for work I heard all sorts of weird dialogues:-)lolAlso the 'aye' you mentioned is a Queensland thing also, my sister says it all the time as she is in Brissy....drives us southerners crazy..........aye !:-):-) Yea Aucklanders are a bit weird like Some characters you find in Sydney. Except my mate Dan! Queensland don't get me started. Outback WA my favourite!

Pilot13A
Bushbabys are STOL. Perfect, hadn't got that far. Just see them operating off long strips in a couple videos. Think I saw $5k usd?? Don't get much Highlander for that!
Steve L
check out "big rocks and long props" most wont fit onto LSA though. There are many stol planes available, Zenith, Savannah, Kitfox (which was the original design by Dan Denney) Hornet, Bushbaby, Bushcaddy, CubCrafters, Foxbat the list goes on, it depends what you want to do with it and how much you want to spend. Remember what you gain at one end of the envelope you generally loose at the other.

In your opinion if I asked you to rank light bush planes that are two person side by side seating with performance similar or better than a highlander ie 100m grass strips, from cheapest up to say the highlander, how might that list go??
