For those interested in slope soaring .It's called the Manilla slopefest held each year at Mt Borah Nsw which is where they had the 2007 world para gliding championships.

 

There is a airstrip and camping and facilyties down the bottom of the Mt. This is the 8th year with pilots coming from the U.S,New Zealand,South Africa for 8 days of flying.

I have been going every year and been having a ball.

 

Normally we get close to a 100 pilots flying over the 8 days.
