up-into-the-air Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 Minister Chester appoints acting CEO Carmody for 5 years #casa #aviation #saveGA 1
mnewbery Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 Anyone going to start a book on how long this one lasts?
johnprop Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 See video on Carmody's answers to questions about drones from the senators Is Carmody on the “nose” – Senator O’Sullivan is of that view Assistance to the Aviation Industry <[email protected]>
facthunter Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 Chester has admitted he knows little about aviation. How will we expect a rather "quick fix" to just work out for a long term critical appointment to a failed organisation that hasn't responded to numerous enquiries into it's operations at all, over a long period? This show needs a full overhaul not just a LAZY quick fix. If anything good happens it will be just luck and you don't trust to luck in Aviation. Nev 1 3
Frankus1aust Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 However as an experienced bureaucrat he will know what to do with the other bureaucrats that may be impeding change..... Promote them? All the same it is a chance to start an engagement process with stake holders and up to us to see it through to a functional end.
up-into-the-air Posted June 24, 2017 Author Posted June 24, 2017 Well Carmody takes a gig at The Australian today and in a self aggrandizement of himself and how good #casa is to #aviation.
nomadpete Posted June 24, 2017 Posted June 24, 2017 After reading that link, and others, I am possessed of a growing sense of gloom. I can only hope that the previous rate of turnover continues and offers us another option, from the lucky dip bag of bureaucrats. 1
