Guest High Plains Drifter Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 After seeing this I recomend that all birds be fitted with ADSB / transponders. http://www.airshowbuzz.com/videos/view.php?v=1d5e830f
Ultralights Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 it wasnt an F16, it was a BAE hawk 127. of the Canadian air force. note the british accent of the warning voice alerts.
Guest High Plains Drifter Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 . Thanks Ultralights, I mainly put this clip in the I + A forum to give a dramatic visual reminder of what else lurks at lower levels, and how ADSB etc will not advise re birds. It is interesting how at the major airports around Australia, there are people whose job it is to scare birds away from the airport - and yet nobody scares birds away at a lot of the regional airports. Perhaps the birds are different out bush. HPD
