skippydiesel
Just thought I would let all who don't already know (I didn't) that OzRunways is experiencing some difficulty with its relationship to Airservices - Quote from OzRunways "Essentially Airservices are making some changes to how their website operates. The site is still experiencing some intermittent crashes, ....................." "This is causing connection problems for us". "We appreciate your patience as we work with Airservices to get this fixed as soon as possible." For me this means that NAIPS does not consistently load automatically on my OzRunways when I am planning a trip - wind speed & direction must be loaded manually and best altitude planned and loaded manually (good thing I have maintained my old skills in this area)

kaz3g
I had trouble with direct connection to NAIPS on Wednesday and had to use the BOM site to get my forecast. Couldn't file a sartime via NAIPS either. Filed by radio once in the air. Kaz
djpacro
.... had to use the BOM site to get my forecast. There's a large fine for using an approved source for weather used in planning a flight - I hope you know a good lawyer ...
