Guest Paulp Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 I had a search for world airport listing and came across this site (http://ourairports.com/data/). I downloaded a large CSV file of the worlds airports and imported it into Numbers (I am a mac user). No issues with the import BUT it is a BIG file. (This site has a number of other files which may be of interest to the aviator.) After some sorting, cutting and pasting, I know have a comprehensive list of AUS airfields available as a Numbers spreadsheet that works fine on my MacBook Air, iPad and iPhone. I have also exported it as a PDF file for use in my Goodreader APP or any PDF reading application. All nice and sortable/searchable with good info (you need to verify this). Basically this is for the MAC/iPad/iPhone users info to establish that you can use your MAC software, for some fairly heavy (large file), CSV type file imports, that are labeled for MS Excel use.
