Only if you wish to, no compliance issues. Everything will be ELAAA.

I would like to know your reason of thinking regarding RAA membership.

I had to be in two clubs to gain a RAA certificate.

 

Flying club & RAA itself. So RAA + ELAAA

Don't know why you had to be members of two things to get your RAA cert. my RAA membership was all I needed.

One would imagine that the flying club owned and operated the aircraft, for the members of the flying club to use, not the general public. All quite normal.
