ahlocks Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 Nothing as spectacular as some trips reports here, but I'm stuck to 25 miles from home still, so this is as good as it gets for at least another couple of weeks. It didn't look real inviting to the South East. Mt Kosciusko is hidden in there somewhere in the dusty haze & CB. So went North instead.... Inbound south of Junee NSW Mount Ulandra to the East The Junee railway round house The Junee "Guest" house Downtown Junee The metropolis of Coolamon - The sun and haze were becoming a pain.. Just north of Wagga - How real men express their feelings to their beloved one. Almost Home. Setting up for a long downwind on 23. Going to try to attach a GPS track later, but I think I've over done the attachments.. Nope. It worked! Cheers, Steven B.

ahlocks Posted December 22, 2007 Author Posted December 22, 2007 Hi Darren, The yarn is that he's an earthmoving contractor and dug it in for Valentine's day a couple of years ago. Never knew it existed until recently. It's visible on google earth at 35° 4'46.47"S 147°19'13.24"E I was planning to get the navs done over the xmas break but the weather doesn't look like it is going to co-operate. Oh well, stuck to mucking around with flight sim again for a couple of days. Cheers, Steven B.
