spacesailor Posted February 9, 2018 Posted February 9, 2018 I will try very hard to be there, Will the "Nanotrike" surprise us again. spacesailor
Old Koreelah Posted February 9, 2018 Posted February 9, 2018 QAC meets tomorrow and we're looking for places to fly to.
Tucano Posted February 11, 2018 Author Posted February 11, 2018 For accommodation These will be on site camping and porta loos and for those opposed to camping there are a number of good hotels in town. Also there are a number of other places to sleep and both Hotels have a bistro. No47 on the opposite side of the road opens early with good coffee and breakfast. Transport on the day for a gold coin donation and the local search and rescue will have the barbecue going on the day and the following morning By the way last year was nearly a loss with no aircraft by 10:30 due to weather but it was a single trike that burst through the gloom to a standing ovation from all on the ground. In the end we had 39 aircraft and a good day regardless Gary aka Tucano rylstone hotels - Google Search 1

Old Koreelah Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Bugger. The Rylestone Fly in clashes with a RAA seminar in Tamworth. I sure hope I can get there next year.
alf jessup Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 I’ll check my work roster as I have been missing everything of late doing 2 weeks on and 2 off. Just checked and once again I’m screwed for this one too
Jack Ferguson Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 Sounds great! I will definitely try to be there. Not a long flight from Cessnock. Anyone from Cessnock going?
old man emu Posted March 31, 2019 Posted March 31, 2019 My son's ex- has graciously permitted my son to take the grandson to Rylestone even though it's the Saturday of her week. Keep a lookout for OME, No.1 Son and the rufus-topped rugrat around lunchtime on Saturday. 2
Tucano Posted March 31, 2019 Author Posted March 31, 2019 I will be there controlling cars this year - hope to get to the hangar later in the afternoon - look for the grumpy old guy
