Second hand wing

Hi all my first time on here and hope someone can help me out. Im looking for a secondhand wing for my Airborne Edge With a rotax 582.

 

Airborne suggests the best replacement would be to upgrade to a Streak 2b anyone with one for sale or know of one please contact me .

 

Suggestions of alternatives would also be welcome.

No idea... If you are in the US. Join EAA. Someone from your local chapter may be of help. I don't know where you are, but hopefully there is an organization like the EAA there. Nice trike!

Hi Charlie, Im in Western Australia, Ive tried everything I can think of, I missed out on a Streak 2b by hours last week, Im kicking myself :)

 

Airborne say they are so popular they hardly ever come up for sale .

Too bad.Hang in there. It's out there. I am not real familiar with fixed wing trikes. Do you need the complete wing, or the sail material? Can the wing be recovered?

Hi Charlie , Yes it can be recovered , but Im upgrading to a different wing so will need the entire wing .

Im sure they can at the cost of $10,600 ish plus delivery , Ive got two trikes and a Piper Cherokee to maintain and trust me

 

Id rather find a good second hand one than pay that sort of money for one .
