AirVenture Australia has anyone managed to buy tickets?

I have been trying to buy tickets after receiving the eNews from RAAus saying the tickets are now on sale but the website just freezes.

 

Has anyone managed to buy RAAus discounted tickets yet?

Bought mine from the eaa as a member. I think you may be able to search airventure 2018 and get through. Good luck

I wish I was going to Oshkosh again this year :(

 

but unfortunately I was referring to the RAAus version, (now called AirVenture Australia) which is being held at Cessnock in September

I didn't go last year, but appreciate the efforts to make this year more about pilots and aircraft flying in, so will support it. If I can't get there from SA (weather dependent as usual) I'll be glad to donate the quite reasonable admission and camping fees to the cause.

Thanks everyone. I finally managed to buy tickets!

 

Problem was my internet security. It did not like the ticket side of the web site so would not take me to the buy your tickets page. Yesterday I used an ipad instead and it worked straight away.

is the ticket site insecure? RAA members site wasn't the most secure site lat time I checked
