Not really, your estate can be frozen, any any family memer or person on the ground affected can sue for negligence. Much simpler to oay attention to the few safety regulations which need to be adhered to.
facthunter Posted August 20, 2018 Posted August 20, 2018 Courts cost lots and don't guarantee the correct answer. Wise to stay away from them for a happier life. Nev 1 2 1
Geoff_H Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 My own design aircraft is single seat. But in case that I die I have suggested to my wife that she not sell it but put a chain saw through it. No insurance problems. She said that she would love to put a chain saw through it, unfortunately she wants to do it now, before it is even finished. 1 1
rgmwa Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 She said that she would love to put a chain saw through it, unfortunately she wants to do it now, before it is even finished. With or without you in it?

facthunter Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 They all appear ok till you make a claim. Because that alters their profit adversely they don't like it much and do things that YOU don't like much.. They also end up having deeper pockets than you do.. Result Stiff Cheddar for you. Crime does pay or the industry wouldn't be so large..Nev 1
