Hmm. You sometimes have to wonder about insurance companies. So he got the calcs wrong... isn’t that why you pay insurance??

I thought the Job of insurance companies was not to pay claims. but my concern is flying with pax who could sue me!

Not really, your estate can be frozen, any any family memer or person on the ground affected can sue for negligence. Much simpler to oay attention to the few safety regulations which need to be adhered to.

My own design aircraft is single seat. But in case that I die I have suggested to my wife that she not sell it but put a chain saw through it. No insurance problems. She said that she would love to put a chain saw through it, unfortunately she wants to do it now, before it is even finished.

If you haven,t worked out that insurance companys are barely legal fraudsters that are not their for your benifit i don,t know where you have been the last 30 years. Cheers

They all appear ok till you make a claim. Because that alters their profit adversely they don't like it much and do things that YOU don't like much.. They also end up having deeper pockets than you do.. Result Stiff Cheddar for you. Crime does pay or the industry wouldn't be so large..Nev
