Another coastal flight

So I flew up to the Alkimos shipwreck with the intention of getting some footage of it from the air... although due to my poor camera placement I didn’t get any good shots of it hahahaha oh well an excuse to go again ;)

Just wondering if you are flying a vh or raa rego plane?

 

If raa, are you flying under RPL/PPL or the new raa ruling where you are alowed to fly class D as PIC from the school where you learned with raa cert?

I have both RAA and RPL. I am flying an RAA reg plane from the school I got my RAA cert, yes, at Jandakot.

Yeah the RPL conversion is pretty painless long as you have ALL the paperwork together. A couple of hours of hood time and a flight review in a VH aircraft. I haven’t done CTA yet but will be doing it soon

Did I read somewhere they are taking the instrument time out of it?.... not sure.
