Here's a video of an electric powered paraglider test flight. BUT check where they are flying from. this is to cool and obviously legal, looks like a future sud division.

No matter how I approach this video, I get same answer, "cannot open file type" ?????

 

I can open other video's on Youtube but not this one. I must say that although PP isn't my thing, it must be a very nice way to spend a warm summers evening.
