onetrack Posted February 17, 2019 Author Posted February 17, 2019 If the folding rotor mast cheek plates are failing in service, it shows the regime and methods for the testing of the strength of the cheek plates, is deficient. More than one testing arrangement has proven to be inadequate to replicate the actual forces applied in normal use - and if the owners are carrying out manoeuvres that can be classed as being outside approved limits, then that's a whole new ball game. There's plenty of people out there operating things to past their design limits, just to, "see what it can do".

As today was the day of the funeral maybe it is time to let the family and friends grieve for a while. Best wishes to all that knew these two gentlemen RIP 2 4
