Guest winney Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 Hi all members, Took a couple of photos today at Cowra Airport. As I known nothing about aircraft you may be able to identify them. Cheers Ian :D Website http://winney.potd.com.au
Guest Glenn Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 Hi Ian UFO's  This web site is useful if you want to know what a particular aircraft is. Just note the rego and do a search for it. http://www.casa.gov.au/casadata/regsearch/findairs.asp 1. VH-TGY I think. Firebomber 226 on standby. I have photo's of this aircraft doing a fire bombing practice run. See them at http://www.theaussieaviator.net/album_cat.php?cat_id=14 2. Nanchang. Chinese warbird. Haven't seen this one for a couple weeks. There are also two more being restored. 3. Not sure 4. Is that DCG or DGG? Either way it says it's a Cessna 182 but tricycle-fixed landing gear? Shouldn't it say tail dragger? Thanks for sharing them 8)
TAA Student Pilot Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 3's a Tobago and if the Cessna is a converted 182 the spec's would still read 182.
