Hi all,

Still on the farm building.

This afternoon (Monday 25th Sept 06) I heard then saw this plane quite high. It circled a couple of times before heading off west again.

Could you help me identify it please. Id like some info on this. It sounded wonderful, especially when it did a shallow dive.

Thanks guys,

Chainy

P.S. Sorry about the quality of the pics

Glenn, I'm old ya see.

I read the rego as XGG which is a Gulstream IV. I did do a Google search on XCG, but that didnt seem to give me what I needed.

Anyway, that thing was quick and sounded very nice. The guy couldnt fly a straight line (In that I wouldnt have either). Very manouverable. Too bad he wasnt much lower. The pic in this thread was taken at 420mm and blown-up and cropped, hence the average quality.

Did I say thanks Glenn? See I am getting old.

You poor old bugga. Yes it looked like XGG but then I tried XCG and it does look correct.
