Guest VH-TJT Posted October 30, 2006 Posted October 30, 2006 TAAG Angola Airlines 777?s TAAG Angola Airlines have 1 777-200ER in service and 3 on order. Interestingly the airline has decided against a new livery design from Boeing despite it being applied to its aircraft on order, and have gone back to the old one. This is quite a strange instance. I think the new livery is much better, what does everyone else think? (New livery design first) TJT
Guest Glenn Posted October 30, 2006 Posted October 30, 2006 Yes I agree. The new livery is more modern and nicer.
Uncle Chop Chop Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 For some strange reason I like the old livery. Ah great to see the Triple 7's flying. They are my favorite Aircraft.
Guest Chainsaw Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Overall the new one is better but I would like to see more of the old orange included in the new one. I'd also like to see the engine cowls maybe in the same red or even white with some orange. The gray looks terrible.
Guest VH-TJT Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 The 777 looks very Soviet in the old livery. I love the orange though, my favorte colour. Sadly also the new 737NGs will be dressed like their older sisters, the -200 classics. TJT
Uncle Chop Chop Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 I like the look of the new livery on the Boeing 737 NG's. It's amazing what the same livery does to 2 different aircraft.
