Guest Darren Masters Posted April 30, 2007 Posted April 30, 2007 Balts feed of Live Sydney ADSB (http://www.ozradar.com/) is down due to water getting in the SBS-1 receiver. Does anyone else know of any live ADSB feeds in Sydney?
Guest Chainsaw Posted April 30, 2007 Posted April 30, 2007 No Darren. I only know of Balts' place. He has talked to a couple of other guys, but I don't think they offer a public feed at this point. Shame about the damage, as its brilliant. Open ATC as well.
Guest Darren Masters Posted April 30, 2007 Posted April 30, 2007 Hey Chainy. It was a brilliant feed.Everytime his antenna would fall down, I'd let him know and it would be back up again tracking a/c way out! I tried Open ATC this morning.Someone must be feeding in Sydney as there is a/c there you can view in Google Earth.Have noticed though that the HEX codes are wrong therefore it's showing numbers instead of regos???I know someone else who said they are going to start feeding to Open ATC on the weekend and they are at Richmond so it should make for some good coverage. :D The more the merrier!I wish I could buy my own receiver but I don't have a spare $1,400 for one
