sixtiesrelic Posted May 22, 2007 Posted May 22, 2007 HS748 nav trainer at Sale and short haul VIP aircraft Chainy.
sixtiesrelic Posted May 22, 2007 Posted May 22, 2007 I work in the ATC centre... lots of books and a wide variety of people who know things in my area.
Guest Darren Masters Posted May 22, 2007 Posted May 22, 2007 Good list there Glenn, except...I heard the callsign 'Fresco' (spelling)? so many times yesterday and wondered what that was.Must have heard them over 10 times throughout the day. Now sir you say: I work in the ATC centre.. Can you tell me why this morning I cannot hear Brisbane on 128.600? That's the oceanic sector into Sydney. I can hear the a/c and the controller is normally booming in but today nothing! Can you push a button over there? I run that one on my live ATC feed too.
Guest Darren Masters Posted May 22, 2007 Posted May 22, 2007 Apparently Fresco is: Pel Air when they are doing ADF Support Missions...
Guest David C Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 Apparently Fresco is: Pel Air when they are doing ADF Support Missions... Probably the Lear Jets out of Nowra . I've heard them this morning too on Syd Deps 129.7 Mhz . There was a flight of two of them , about to stage a mock attack on an unsuspecting RAN vessel I guess ..
Guest Glenn Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 Robbo just emailed me and said the HS748 is no longer in service. The Hudson callsign is used by Beechcraft King Air aircraft on navigation training.
