Guest Darren Masters
Just been listening to this unfold. Basairs C152 VH-JIW had some engine trouble overhead the Blue Mountains. Was listening on Sydney Radar 124.550. Aircraft maintained 6,000ft until a few miles West of Prospect. They put him in straight in on RWY 11 at YSBK. Last I heard he was on final so I assume the chap landed ok.
Guest Chainsaw
I did hear earlier somebody was doing some engine testing up there. I wonder if that's the same rego and the donk needs a bit more work in the shed.
