woke up one morning after a night at work and was half asleep when i notice something at my feet, no joke this actually crawled over my foot !!!

 

I don't think it was hungry, suprised it dident bite me..

As you can see in the first shot Robbo is recovering from the shock of seeing the snake. See the focus? In the second shot it looks like Robbo has calmed down :lol:

With a snake that close it's important that you remain perfectly still ... and hope it doesn't crawl up your trousers ...

 

otherwise you've got a trouser snake .....

it was on a 40degee day...

 

where u can see it going into the garden i actually grabbed its tail and dragged it out but i lost my grip and shit myself !!!! had to change my undies

Awwww Robbo, it's such a nice tiny one.

 

The tiny ones here are Copperheads (most nasty). I killed a King Brown 2 years ago, a tad over 7 foot long (measured). The Kings are very bold around here. We do like the Red Belly Blacks as they don't bother us and they kill the Kings. The Black's skin is quite think...the Brown's cant get through it, but the Black can easily bite the King Brown.

Poor aviatrix she is terrified of snakes and I wouldn't shut up about them, I think she is goner have nightmares !

Wow you are lucky! :D I say that because these creatures are often shy and avoid people so seeing one is great and having a camera is even better!

 

Shame we cannot get Croc Hunter to catch him, R.I.P Steve, 2 years today i think?
