Guest remiferna Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 hello, I am 15 and wondering when it would be appropriate to start flying lessons for my SPL (my b-day is in february)? Thankyou
Guest TAA finny Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 I started when I was 15 and don't regret it a bit. It took more hours till I went solo because I had to wait to get ASIC's and the such sorted out. And didn't start my Nav's of my PPL until I had over 50 hours. I've only done the one Nav so far to. It's cost a bit more because I've had more time with the instructor next to me but I don't really mind because it is the best thing you can ever do. Yeah so go for it whenever you can.
Guest g_i_jack029 Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 i plan to start flight training next year as i'm 14 now. i can't wait, i won't be able to stop grinning the first time i'm by myself in the cockpit saying i know my phraseology is probably wrong but...
