Canberra Airport Upgrades

I have a similar post on another forum, but here is one for TAA.net.

 

Canberra Airport is currently undergoing upgrades of the Terminal, roads, and within the Three business Parks surrounding the airports. This thread is here for myself and anyone else who would like to add to this.

 

Currently roadworks are underway in the airport area. Delays are frequent, especially during peak times due to this.

 

Internal roads, Tyson Dr for example, has been diverted due to carpark expansion. Carparks at the virgin end of the terminal are now closed for roadway diversion of Terminal Cct due to construction commmencing soon.

 

At the Qantas end, security has been expanded. Baggage services has moved from it's temp location back to a refurbished office. Upstairs a blocked off ramp which linked the two terminal ends (Albeit closed off) has been partially reopened with a dual ramp, one goes to an upper level 'private' lounge according to the signage, and the other is blocked off.
