Guest ads Posted January 1, 2009 Posted January 1, 2009 Hi to all, (apologies if this has been covered elsewhere) Is it possible to find a rough timetable/schedule on the internet for Ferry runs of the various Qantas fleet, namely the A380 and 747 movements? There seem to be almost daily flights between Sydney and Melbourne/Avalon, as well as empty flights out of Melbourne.......(and probably all major cities for that matter). Such flight's I've seen have numbers ranging from QF 60000-QF 62000. (yesterday there was a QF2903 flying SYD-MEL-SYD)? Also, regading 747 domestic flights: Do these still exist between Australian Capital cities (excluding Perth) ? Back in 2006 I caught a 747 to Sydney from Melbourne, and booked the same for June 2008, however the aircraft was later changed to a 767 the day before departure A recent search through the Qantas website bookings page doesn't show any 'international departures to Sydney' as it has in times past. Any info/feedback would be appreciated. Cheers
