Uncle Chop Chop
Hey all. Found this one on Plane Plotter today. The one with the yellow box around it. Any info? It has no info on it and instead of a plane it has a triangle.
Guest David C
I think that indicates a recent ACARS transmission received from the aircraft ... Someone please correct me if that wrong . Dave C

Guest Darren Masters
As mentioned mate it is ACARS. When an aircraft transmits a valid line of co-ordinates via an ACARS message these co-ordinates are then interpreted on a map where you can 'see' where the aircraft was when it transmitted the ACARS pos report. Sometimes you will see several plots on different parts of the map from the same aircraft. That's the aircraft plotting where it will be at certain time intervals.
