Guest Jim1968 Posted February 13, 2009 Posted February 13, 2009 Hi All, I noticed in another thread that Pricey asked about Brisbane. Anyone know whether there are ACARS lists for Melbourne available? Just curious, and thanks, Jim
nzom_pilot Posted February 13, 2009 Posted February 13, 2009 I haven't seen a web site, but if you download acarsd client, a free programme, from www.acarsd.org, (make sure you download the client version) you should be able to connect to a Melbourne feed on that. HTH
Guest Jim1968 Posted February 13, 2009 Posted February 13, 2009 Cheers mate, thanks for your help. Jim
Guest Chainsaw Posted February 13, 2009 Posted February 13, 2009 Jim the oz-spotters yahoo group send daily acars emails for all our major cities. That will solve it for sure. Go to Yahoo Groups and search oz-spotters. You would need to apply join the group. Tis a very good group.

I believe the first of the two logs sent from MEL to this group each day is the one that is on the ACARSD client I mentioned
Guest Darren Masters Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 O/T I know but G'day Jimmy. How'd you go on your flights mate? Unfortunately I was away when you flew out and for your arrival back. What were your regos? If you don't have them I can look them up with your flight numbers. You will have to drop around here and see my live feed, shortwave set up and ACARS.
Guest Jim1968 Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 Thanks guys for all your help, you are all legends and your help for amateurs like me is much appreciated. Darren, i will arrange that with you very shortly, and got the regos no probs mate. Got VQI on the way up and the very new VQB on the way home and both flights were excellent. Thanks again guys for all your help, Cheers, Jim
