Guest richmondtroy
Does anyone know what is happening to the retired 707's currently sitting at Richmond RAAF? Apparently they each still have about 100 flying hours left on them but have been sitting idle for months now. Who bought them and when are they going? A private US company, Omega Air Services has been approved to buy the aircraft and is trying to find funding to buy them and 285SQN's simulator which is regarded as the world's best 707 sim, but is finding it difficult with the current economic crisis to get finance.
