I noticed her ferrying this morning. I suspect she was heading to Perff to replace QPI after the incident. I wonder if QPE will do QFA566 tonight. Time will tell.

Well QPE is not doing QFA566, good ol QPA is doing that (in the air), and QPB is doing QFA71 out of Perffff. So where's Wally (QPE)?

QPE ferried to Perff and has been doing the Perff-SIN run.

I could be getting the rego mixed-up, however I think VH-QPE ferried back to Sydney this evening as flight QF6004.

Ok thanks Chainy. I saw this aircraft on PP, although I wasn't able to get on this message board straight away as I was shutting off the computer at the time.

I will question the Melbourne-Sydney path just a little.

 

I saw this a/c heading East at roughly FL330 over the NSW township of Hay. I was thinking this flight, QF6004 was Sydney bound ex Perth.

 

Either way, can't say I'm loosing any sleep over the matter:biggrin:

Yes, I had my suspicions about Melb too. A330's generally don't ferry to and from Melb. 744's and A380's yes. Like you, my bet is Perfff.
