Pricey Posted August 7, 2009 Posted August 7, 2009 Hey Guys, At work I just saw an A330 or A340 (couldn't really tell from the angle) going out from Sydney off 34L. Not sure who it was - had a two-tone blue / white stripey tail, white body (defo NOT ATI). Anyone with plane plotter able to help? Was about 10.15am.

Pricey Posted August 7, 2009 Author Posted August 7, 2009 Hey Glenn, I should have said I checked ACARS - it wasn't there (unless it was Lan Chile with light reflecting of the tail!!!). It certainly didn't seem to be one I recognise... Thanks anyway though
nzom_pilot Posted August 8, 2009 Posted August 8, 2009 Pricey having checked another ACARS log for SYD I see PK-GPH of Garuda departed for Jakarta around the time in question. PK-GPH is an A332 and is in the new Garuda livery which seems to match your description as can be seen in this photo

Well investigated! I'll have to get down to The Mound for a closer look... Thanks again.
