Guest Chainsaw Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 vh-zlv Rex Saab 340B I observed this afternoon she was heading west just south of Katoomba then turned around and headed back to Sydney. Anybody know why? As of now she is on approach to Sydney.
Guest Chainsaw Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 Back in the air. Heading where she was before.
Guest Chainsaw Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 and...now its VH-ZRZ. I got to see this one. She was heading due west just north of me, then turned south close to me and now heading east. I got to see this one with my own eyes. Just the same as the one the other day. Are they doing some sort of testing flight maybe??
Guest Chainsaw Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 ZRZ back again, same track, but not turning back this time. Must have been a problem..again.
Guest Chainsaw Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 This is getting annoying!!!! ZRC has been flying around my farm all afternoon. It has been setting off my PlanePlotter alarm every few minutes!!! grrrr This HAS to be training. I thought they did training out of Wagga.
naemick Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 they sure do train down at Wagga. Rex also had an engine failure and retunred back from Melbourne yesterday.... Twas the 2nd emergency at Wagga in 2 days, after a Piper reported low fuel on Saturday.....
