Guest Chainsaw Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 Thanks Dave, To refresh the memory, it's a Canon 50D with a Tamron 18-270mm lens. Not a Cannon 100-400 L class (bummer eh). I only did a touch of sharpening and a crop. I mostly use Tv and around F11. White Balance on that day set to Daylight, Partial Evaluation and spot focus. The Tamron is not bad for a 1.6 crop camera. Makes a good all-round lens. I do plan to add to it with some nice glass next year. The important thing is to capture the moment...of course.
