This morning around 7-8am VH-VQF JST403 departed OOL for SYD but

For some reason did its normal Track for APAGI but then Turned East and went Back up the Coast Looked as if it was heading for YBBN(brisbane) but if it had a problem it would return to Cooly (you would think) but hmm anyone got any idears on what is was doing?

Just a thought but perhaps it was flying empty to Brisbane so it could be used on a flight to New Zealand

Yea maybe mate, but the Sydney Airport status said Cancelled, therefore a flight to YSSY was planned.

Hey, Darren, do you know?

Also to the theory of it going to brisbane becase it was empty its weird that they would send an empty aircraft to AGAGI which is the First Way point for most South Bound Flight its 40Nm to the West of the coast and to then turn it back to the coast and head north to BNE its just weird haha

Alas, we may never know. Makes one most curious though.

Its showing on balus.info as having operated JQ400 SYD-OOL (ARR) then JQ403 OOL-SYD (ENR) which obviously diverted to BNE, so this just adds to the intrigue and mystery.
