red750
Some of you may already know this, but I only found out today while looking up some aircraft details on aussieairliners.org. The Lockheed Electra C-FBAQ, one of two operated by Buffalo Airways, the Alaskan airline which is the subject of the cable TV series "Ice Pilots" is the former Ansett Electra VH-RMA, c/n 1039. red750
While going through the Ed Coates Collection, to which I am adding a number of photos, I came across this image of the former VH-RMA, now C-FBAQ, which was badly damaged at Yellowknife, when the right main gear failed to extend, on March 5 2012. The old girl may not fly again.
