markendee Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 Well done Left Rudder, Congratulations on the maiden flight and the very classy photographs. You must be a good plane builder and an excellent photographer! The Savvy looks tremendous! Mark
Deskpilot Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 Do I see a quartering tail wind there or is it just an illusion? Whatever, well done and welcome LR
Ultralights Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 i was thinking the same thing. the windsock is pointing the wrong way! good to see another Savannah in Aussie skies.
Guest landmann Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 Aloha, I have 208 hours on my ADV over here in Hawaii. Now if someone would just come up with a quick detatch for the tricycle landing gear so I could slap on a little chain drive and zip away in the three wheeled go cart..... Not such a stupid idea, you know, just look at how easy it would be to have a slotted attatchment for the mains and a telescoping fork for the front...couple of strap seats and zoooom. I had no luck at all with the factory wheels and brakes. I put on Matco with dual caliper and they are just great. Great flying little plane. I would like to post a photo but do not know how. Martin
