Garfly Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 [/url]https://www.atsb.gov.au/media/5775076/ao-2017-024_final_v2.pdf BTW: When I searched the site to see if this video had already been posted, I found that ATSB is actually a "member" here, their occasional bulletins going to OTHER FORUMS/Aviation News. So it's good to check there occasionally. I wonder if those postings went, instead, to another forum - maybe this one or AIRCRAFT ACCIDENTS AND INCIDENTS - they'd be seen more. 2
facthunter Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 If somethings wrong don't be too proud to just cut the power and sort it out. Abort the take off. It's applicable to our types of plane as well as a twin. This relates to directional control, adequate acceleration power check and any unusual vibrations and noises.. Better a red face than being dead. The earlier you do this the better as you end up committed to get airborne at some stage if you delay the decision long enough.. Nev 1 1
