Gday all. I've just joined the RAA community and so far I'm loving the affordability of ultra light flight. I've just moved from Newcastle to Wagga and I'm enjoying the dry county air, even though its a it too dry just now!, but after the last few years of non stop storms and rain on the coast its been a good change. Especially if I want to go flying because every days a sunny day. Back in Newcastle I was a student at Cessnock and it was very difficult to find a good day to fly due to lots and lots of rain and cloud

My hope is to get an RAA pilot licence certificate and then buy a jabiru..

cheers

Russ

Us Wagga blokes (ahlocks, you and me) will soon outnumber (and outfly) them all on these forums too Russ, and we'll then put a Jabiru & a Sportstar on the banner.

Are you training with Fred?

Welcome.

Welcome Russ. It is a change to hear someone who has had too much rain. It is dry again in Central Qld, but not as bad as Wagga.
