This offended the Turgid Plonker who has been a close mate of Cappy's since about the Boar War (it was the TP who came up with the whole "Rule 303" schtick when The Breaker was in the poo), and TP had subsequently used Cappy as the hero when he wrote his 1st version of Indiana Cappy and before he cast him as Cappy Skywalker in his major hit "Star Major Military Skirmishes" before it was renamed to the much pithier ..............
