Matty Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Check out 10.15.2 of Manual of Standards for airports. Very interesting that most of you guys are blaming the pilots. Was there enough runway friction, should it have been grooved, was it contaminated with rubber build up, if so we're the pilots notified by notam?
