There are too many marked strips on our charts that haven't been used in yonks; many have been ploughed up long ago. Why does it take years for AirServices to correct a map fault that you report?

It has South Grafton on it & it is a 2003 version. About the only thing right about YSGR is the runway directions although it states the surface is grass/gravel. It was sealed about 15 years ago. I reckon many of the strips listed no longer exist.

I think it should be allowed to be updated as a historical record. As pilots we should be verifying the recency af any planning data we use, correct?

For the asking price you'd really have to be nuts to buy one of them (per state) over an Ozrunways subscription covering all of Aus.....
