MattStaFa
Matt here, I'm a 51yo SunnyCoaster with a so far unused CPL and a recently acquired RAaus recreational cert. I'm interested in flying ultralights so any tips on where to look for an intro flight and any general info like where folks fly would also be greatly appreciated. facthunter
Going to the National event was usually the best intro but failing that go where there's activity in both GA and RAAus and no agro between them. Nev

Nev Rrrr yeah that makes sense, thanks, so I’ll be looking for a local event. And I’m not that fussed about GA.
Yenn
You may find activity at Caboolture or Gympie. Maryborough has an active club with RAAus flyers as well as GA.
Bosi72
Welcome aboard. A number of schools fly both GA and RAA aircrafts. https://www.raa.asn.au/fly-with-us/flight-training-schools/qld/ If I fly both GA and RAA, how can I be against myself? 🙂
