kgwilson Posted May 4, 2021 Posted May 4, 2021 Presumably some of the LH prop blades broke off & cut through the fuselage & caused the fatality. The RH engine seemed to run on for quite some time. 1
onetrack Posted May 4, 2021 Posted May 4, 2021 That CVR reveals some pretty sloppy airmanship in the cockpit, and a poor working relationship between crew members - all culminating in a disastrous landing.
