Their specs might be a bit out of date but don't use TCW-3 in the Rotax 582.  (The piston temps run too high) and that's straight from Rotax.  WE used to use Valvoline Racing two stroke in the 80's and 90's.. Nev

Previous owner  of my Thruster used Motorex 2T?  Maybe I need to do some research?

It's not premixed. It has a delicate electric/digital pump programmed by the factory. The original setting was too low and they gave him a new piston and cylinder and fitted it free and reprogrammed the pump. It was like an AD for a plane. The original slightly marked one went back to the factory for examination. Nev

Too much techo now in engines, the good old Victa days always worked, although I bought a new LJ50 4x4 Suzuki 2 stroke 540cc 3 cyl 45 years ago that did 120,000km before a needle roller big end got tired!  Exclusively used BP Powerstroke in it.

Those  roller big ends don't go THAT long whatever oil you put in it. They don't wear out, the hard surface on the crankpin fatigues and peels off when it's had enough. Nev

And IF you catch it soon enough, no other damage to the motor!  Run them to the last and you may as well bin the whole motor.

Not to mention Castrol R, the oil of champions; you'd pull back and follow someone else, just for the smell.

Ask Wal at Rotax, I'd back his advice.  Cheers.
