Counsell Posted October 26, 2021 Posted October 26, 2021 Can the date for an annual inspection be extended in the same way a 100 hourly can be extended to 110 hours
Blueadventures Posted October 26, 2021 Posted October 26, 2021 As long as you don’t fly, there can be an interval between them. Also contact RAAus as you may be able get approval to fly to a maintenance facility with conditions. Let us know if get an answer from RAAus tech. Cheers.
Yenn Posted October 26, 2021 Posted October 26, 2021 No problem extending the date of the inspection and you can get an extension, but for GA that will cost an arm and a couple of legs. I had to extend the inspection date for transponder and instruments and did the right thing. Cost about$400 from memory. Extending for annual only means you cannot fly and the annual will be dated later, so its expiry will be later. 1
